First time guests will be required to make a small deposit that will go towards the cost of the service day of. We require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee of 40$ and forfeit of deposit paid.

No-showing an appointment will result in fee of 40$ as well as forfeit of any deposit paid. Guests who have no-showed must pay before a new appointment can be booked. Multiple instances of this can result in being banned from booking.

All consultations are thorough to ensure guest satisfaction, please arrive at your time of service so we have enough time to talk about everything we need to cover before starting service. Please be mindful that if you arrive 15 minutes+ late, your full service cannot be guaranteed.

The longevity of your color service will depend on investing in quality products and appropriate time between appointments. Any questions on this can be discussed at any time during or after appointment.
By booking you understand that every guest is different and not all goals can be met in the first service, it may take multiple sessions to achieve.

Before taking photos or videos I will ask for verbal consent. If accepted you agree to using those photos/videos to be used in social media posts, marketing media, and hair contests.
